Fishguard port offers a single ferry route, which is operated by the Stena Line ferry company. While a little infrequent, services are considered efficient and reliable.

Fishguard to Rosslare

There are four daily ferry services between Fishguard and Rosslare in Ireland, with the Superferry service operating twice a day and taking 3 hours, 30 minutes and the Stena Lynx express service also operating twice a day and taking just 2 hours.


Both services are appropriate for walk-on passengers and those taking vehicles across sea. The service is ideal for those wishing to travel to the Republic of Ireland but require an alternative to the regular Holyhead to Dun Laoghaire and Dublin routes. Services are scheduled so as to provide maximum convenience to passengers. Once at Rosslare passengers will find a variety of facilities including a Cuppacabana bar, a buffet bar serving drinks and snacks, various vending machines, baby changing facilties and toilets for disabled travelers.
