A single company operates ferries from the Port of Fishguard.

Stenaline is the provider of these services and is responsible for handling ferries between Fishguard and Rosslare.

Stena Line

While Stena Line operates the only services from the Port of Fishguard to Rosslare, there are alternative services available from Pembroke Port to Rosslare. Services operate once a day on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and twice a day on all other days.

The Stena Line service operates four times daily, while regular speed services depart at 02:45 and 14:30, and the express service leaves at 11:30 and 18:30.

The regular service to Rosslare is served by the Stena Europe, a propeller driven vessel with a capacity for both passengers and vehicles. Up to 1,800 people can travel on the Stena Europe, while the hold can accommodate up to 520 cars.

The express service to Rosslare is served by the Stena Lynx III, a high-speed ferry that operates on waterjet propulsion and is capable of speeds of up to 38 knots. The ship has a capacity for 133 vehicles (123 cars and 10 coaches) and 627 passengers.

Both ships are well equipped with passenger facilities including lounges, restaurants video game arcades, shops, en suite cabins and bureaux de change services.
